We often work our tails off (pun intended) and have a great month or quarter to find that the next period is dismal because we either don’t have the resources to cover the extraordinary sales and we are backed up, or we just don’t have the energy to sustain that level.
Here is a proven concept that will change your world. Don’t worry about the large months and making them bigger. They will happen. They will be what they are.
Worry about the off months. Raise the bottom. Make sure that your worst 3 months this year are better than the worst 3 of last year. Raise the bottom and you will by default raise the roof.
Give this an earnest effort. It will increase your top line.
